Manley Wanderer Tote Bag Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Manley. Website: manley.ie

2. Prize
The prize is one Manley Wanderer Tote Bag, valued at €199. No cash alternative will be provided, and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable.

3. Eligibility
This competition is open to residents of Ireland, EU and US countries, aged 18 or older, except employees of Manley, their families, agents, or anyone else professionally associated with the competition.

4. How to Enter
To enter, participants must subscribe to the Manley Newsletter on the website between November 12th, 2024, and November 30th, 2024. Only one entry per individual is allowed. Entries made via any automated method or third-party agency will be disqualified.

5. Competition Period
The competition will run from 12:01 AM on November 12th, 2024, to 11:59 PM on November 30th, 2024. Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

6. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The draw will take place within 7 days after the competition ends, and the winner will be notified via email.

7. Winner Notification
The winner will be notified by email within 10 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Manley reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.

8. Publicity
By participating, the winner agrees to allow Manley to use their name and likeness for promotional purposes on Manley's social media, website, or other promotional materials, unless prohibited by law.

9. Data Protection
Personal data supplied during the course of this competition will only be processed as set out in Manley's Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Manley will not be liable for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, arising from any participant's entry or inability to enter the competition.

  • Manley reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of any circumstances outside Manley's control.

  • These terms and conditions are governed by Irish law and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
