Power of Women: Fuel for the Soul

I'm still soaking in all the energy from Friday—being in a room packed with hardworking, inspiring, and supportive women was something else.

The Eir VIP Power of Women Awards have this magic that leaves you feeling recharged, lifted up, and excited for what’s ahead (especially for me with Manley!).

The day was nonstop in the best way possible: networking, meaningful conversations, and a good dose of fun. Some chats were with industry friends I hadn’t seen in ages, others with amazing women I was meeting for the first time—but each one felt valuable. There’s nothing like connecting face-to-face and having the space to really talk.

Being nominated was such an honor, and it’s one I don’t take lightly. Juggling the last five years with Manley, while growing our family and raising three beautiful boys, has been no small feat. Fiona Heaney from FeeG won the Fashion Retail award, and I couldn’t think of anyone more deserving. If you have to lose, let it be to someone you admire and can learn from—huge congrats to Fiona!

I wore the brand new Mia dress in mustard and pewter. I couldn't have felt more comfortable and cool in it and will be taking this one out again and again!
